The conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as SMEs) to entities subject to or voluntarily joining the procedure under Regulation (EC) No 301/2018 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the centralised public procurement system for governmental IT procurement (XII.27) on the subject of the Purchasing of mobile telecommunications services (hereafter referred to in the technical specification) for the purchase of 3 types of services (mobile communications service, telemetry (IoT) service and mass SMS service) as a total of 11 types of service packages.the number of service package-months envisaged: 14 000 000 db. By decision of the contracting authority, the framework agreement may be renewed for a maximum of six months at a time during the contract period, with an increase of 30% in the amount of the framework for the extension. Detailed description in Section VI.3) for further information. The procedure is directed towards the conclusion of framework agreements with several tenderers.
