The purpose of this awarding procedure is the awarding of a sectoral procurement contract with the object of technical project and execution works for the objective Modernization and development of the airport infrastructure - Economic activities - Phase I, including the provision of technical assistance services from the designer. Through the contract subject to this procedure, design services will be purchased (for the preparation of DTAC, DTOE, for the preparation of PTh and DE for construction works, installation of machinery and technological equipment, documentation for obtaining approvals and any documents / studies related to them, including the technical verification carried out by independent attested technical verifiers) and the execution of works for the expansion of the passenger terminal of Sibiu International Airport, as well as the access roads. The estimated value of the purchase is 185,332,084.85 lei (without VAT), of which: 1) The estimated value of services: 4,585,757.19 lei (without VAT) and consists of: - supporting documentation and expenses for obtaining approvals, agreements and authorizations: 5,200.00 lei (without VAT); - energy performance certification and energy audit of buildings: 10,000.00 lei (without VAT); - technical documentation for obtaining approvals / agreements / authorizations: 27,971.00 lei (without VAT); - technical project and execution details: 3,683,177.99 lei (without VAT); - technical assistance from the designer: 859,408.20 lei (without VAT); 2) Estimated execution value: 180,746,327.66 lei (without VAT) and consists of: - landscaping: 34,200.00 lei (without VAT); - arrangements for environmental protection and bringing the land to its original state: 45,200.00 lei (without VAT); - relocation / utility protection: 520,000.00 lei (without VAT); - expenses for ensuring the necessary utilities: 1,935,960.48 lei (without VAT); - constructions and installations: 113,701,136.25 lei (without VAT); - installation of machinery, technological and functional equipment 5,581,839.14 lei (without VAT); - machines, technological and functional equipment that require assembly: 51,704,478.00 lei (without VAT); - machines, technological and functional equipment that do not require assembly and transport equipment: 3,000,000.00 lei (without VAT); - endowments: 3,124,550.00 lei (without VAT); - site organization: 954,263.80 lei (without VAT); - technological samples and tests: 144,700.00 lei (without VAT).
