Poland – Cleaning services – Providing a comprehensive cleaning service, consisting in maintaining cleanliness and performing cleaning works in buildings and outdoor areas owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o.

1. The subject of the order is to provide a comprehensive cleaning service, consisting in maintaining cleanliness and performing cleaning works in buildings and outdoor areas owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. The order was divided into 6 tasks (hereinafter also referred to as parts), i.e.: a) Task No. 1 - the subject of the order are internal and external cleaning services and maintaining cleanliness in facilities owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław to the extent consistent with the Description of the subject of the order for Task No. 1 - applies to the Leśnica estate b) Task No. 2 - the subject of the order are services in the field of internal and external cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in facilities owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław to the extent consistent with the Description of the subject of the order for Task No. 2 - applies to the Popowice, Stabłowice and Żerniki housing estates c) Task No. 3 - the subject of the order are services in the field of internal and external cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in facilities owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław to the extent consistent with the Description of the subject of the order for Task No. 3 - applies to the Krzyki, Książ Małe and Brochów housing estates d) Task No. 4 - the subject of the order are services in the field of internal and external cleaning and maintaining cleanliness in facilities owned by TBS Wrocław Sp. z o. o. in Wrocław to the extent consistent with the Description of the subject of the order for Task No. 4 - applies to the estates of Karłowice, Poświatne, Psie Pole, Zakrzów and Kleczków e) Task No. 5 - the subject of the order is to maintain order and cleanliness at the premises of the Ordering Party in Wrocław, in the buildings at ul. Przybyszewskiego 102/104 and at ul. Tylna 14 and cleaning the external area and sidewalks adjacent to the Ordering Party's office buildings. f) Task No. 6 - the subject of the order is a service consisting in washing the external surfaces of non-opening windows (storefronts) together with frames in residential buildings owned by the Ordering Party located in Wrocław to the extent consistent with the Description of the subject of the order for Task No. 6. 2.
