The program should equip WIPO leaders with the competencies, mindsets and tools required to lead effectively in an increasingly complex environment and reflect modern leadership approaches, including adaptive leadership, innovation, decision-making, conflict resolution and collaboration in an IP- and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled context.
