Procurement of special transport services for pupils of the Ivan Goran Kovačić Primary School Vrbovsko in accordance with the Bill of Quantities. The stated number of pupils and working days, and the settlements within the transport route, represent an estimated quantity which may change during the term of the Framework Agreement and individual contracts according to the actual needs of the school. Quality: the carrier must perform the pupil transport service punctually and regularly on every school/working day, in a safe manner, using vehicles that have an appropriate number of seats for the actual number of pupils being transported, per routes/lines, and with the minimum number of vehicles stated in the Bill of Quantities for the procurement lot. The arrival time at the school and departure time from the school must be adapted by the carrier to the class schedule, and this must also be agreed with the principal of the primary school to which the pupils are transported. The carrier undertakes to insure all pupils transported in the capacity of passengers against accidents.
