Framework agreement for the Szent Pantaleon Hospital - Clinic in Dunaújváros for the purchase of ophthalmic materials for a period of 12 months: Framework amount: net HUF 4,794,000 Viscoelastic material containing dispersive sodium hyaluronate 3%, 1.1 ml Informative annual quantity: 300 pieces The technical specifications of each product are included in the technical description. The products are delivered depending on the orders. The deadline for completion: 72 hours from the confirmation of the direct order (creation of an individual contract). The tenderer wishes to enter into a framework agreement. Based on the procedure, a framework agreement will be concluded with a winning bidder, and in the second part of the framework agreement, the Code of Civil Procedure. According to § 105, paragraph (1), point a), individual orders will be placed by direct order. The framework agreement will be terminated without any further legal action at the end of the contractual period (12 months, 24 months in case of extension) or – if this occurs sooner – by the exhaustion of the fixed framework amount.
