Contract Description
The subject of the order should be implemented based on the assumptions specified in: 1) Product and price specification (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) 2) Technical specification (Annex No. 3 to SWZ), 3) Warranty requirements (Annex No. 4 to SWZ), 4) Draft provisions of the contract (Annex No. 5 to the SWZ, contract template). Due to the performance requirements of the offered processors and graphics cards set out in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ), the Ordering Party has prepared additional annexes to the SWZ: 1) list of processors CPU.pdf, attachment no. 3A 2) graphics card list.pdf
