Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of endoscopic equipment (divided into four Packages). A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 2. In Packages I and III, the Ordering Party requires the Contractor to guarantee a bank of implants in sizes and quantities in accordance with Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. 3. Delivery of the subject of the order to the warehouse of the Municipal Medical Center. Dr. Karol Jonscher in Łódź (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) will be carried out at the Contractor's expense and risk.
