Participating employees must be able to directly use various sports facilities affiliated with the company fitness provider as part of a membership with the contractor. The sports offering should also be expanded to include digital offerings in the areas of exercise, nutrition and relaxation. The administrative implementation of the fitness program, such as the registration and deregistration of employees, is carried out via a web-based online portal that the contractor makes available to the client. In addition, the contractor will provide employees with a homepage or an app that provides information about the offer and possible uses. The contractor supports the client in implementing the offer. The contractor guarantees its service provision in the form of a network system. This means that the contractual relationships with the individual partner companies exist exclusively between them and the contractor. The client enters into a contractual relationship exclusively with the contractor. A contractual binding of the client and his employees to one of the partner companies is excluded within the scope of this tender.
