Description & Project Overview
The framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator who will submit an admissible offer and will rank first after the evaluation of the offers. The framework agreement will be concluded in accordance with the provisions of art. 114, art. 115 paragraph (2) letter a) and 117 of Law 98/2016, for a period of 6 months.
