The subject of the contract is the delivery of medicinal products included in the list under Art. 266a, para. 2 of the ZLPHM, concluded on the basis of Art. 266a, para. 5, item 3 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine, in conjunction with Art. 1, para. 1, item 2, art. 3, para. 3, Art. 15c, para. 1 and Art. 15b of Ordinance No. 10/17.11.2011 of the Ministry of Health, pursuant to which the Contractor accepts, after receiving a letter of consent from the Medicines Executive Agency (EMA) and a written request for the delivery of a medicinal product, to deliver the following medicinal product, in the quantities prescribed by UMBAL
