Contract Description
Implementation of measures to directly support the subject of EVL Raná-Hrádek protection - the critically endangered common ground squirrel by adjusting the habitat conditions on five areas according to the drawings above the orthophoto maps, which are attached to this procurement procedure. The total area of the land is 5.6377 ha. Area No. 1 4x mulching of the pass between Raná Hill and the airport on parts of parcel No. 292/1, 292/2, 292/4, 295, 297, 322, 1196 k. u. Raná u Loun with an area of 1.0161 ha. If repeated four times, the total treated area will be 4.0644 ha. Area No. 2 2x mulching of part of the rear impact area on parts of p. p. No. 292/2, 292/4, 292/5, 302, 303/1, 303/2, 304, 313, 314, 315/2, 315/8 in the district of Raná u Loun with a land area of 1.9009 ha. If repeated twice, the total treated area will be 3.8018 ha. Area No. 3 2x mulching of a part of the front impact area on the part of land plot No. 248 of the Raná u Loun area with an area of 2.2999 ha. If repeated twice, the total treated area will be 4.5998 ha. Area No. 4 1x mulching on land plot No. 256/2 in Raná u Loun with an area of 0.3712 ha. Area No. 5 1x mulching on land plot No. 256/1 in Raná u Loun, with an area of 0.0496 ha. The exact dates for the implementation of measures will be communicated by the staff of the AOPK CR, RP Správa CHKO České středohoří, taking into account the current state of the vegetation - the height of the grass should not exceed 15 cm. The contractor is obliged to take measures within four days of the invitation. The measure is not carried out in accordance with the standard SPPK D02 004:2017 Mowing - mulching of areas is allowed for the following reasons - the height of the treated stand does not reach 15 cm and the collection of the mowed material would be difficult here, after the intervention, due to the type of vegetation and climatic conditions, very little biomass remains - mulching of stands was carried out in previous years and there are no fundamental changes in the composition of the vegetation.
