Hiring a legal entity to provide advertising services provided through an advertising agency, comprising the set of activities carried out in an integrated manner that have as their objective the study, planning, conceptualization, conception, creation, internal execution, intermediation with the supervision of external execution and the distribution of advertising to vehicles and other means of dissemination, with the aim of promoting the sale of goods or services of any nature, disseminating ideas or informing the general public, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, being successively extendable, in the interest of APS, up to a limit of 5 (five) years, counting from the date of signature of the contractual instrument with the winning company, under the terms and conditions established in the "Term of Reference" and its Annexes, integral parts of this Notice.
