Framework contract partner, paving contractor 2027-2030 The Kymenlaakso Waste Group tenders for the framework contract partner's paving works. The contract from 1.1.-31.12.2027 includes the possibility of three one-year option periods for the years 2028, 2029 and 2030 (contract period 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years). The use of each option period and the pricing of the option period are negotiated separately. The subscriber decides to use the option no later than the end of December of the calendar year preceding the option year in question. The price negotiation regarding the option period will take place during the option period by the end of April. Any price increases in the option years must be based on the sub-index "Pavements" of the land construction cost index (2020=100). The March 2028 publication, which will be published in April 2028, is used as a comparison figure. The index effect is not taken into account if the price change is less than 2%. The main place of execution of the works is the waste center of Keltakanka, Kouvola. The Kymenlaakso Waste Group annually commissions new paving, pavement repairs and patching at the Keltakanka waste center.
