Contract Description
Renovation of town hall, sanitary, heating and ventilation installations The renovation of St. Georges Town Hall will fully equip the building with new central and decentralised ventilation systems in the upper floors of the building (U-1 level) and on levels 6 and 7. The building standard (Effectiveness Building 40) will be followed by a consistent ventilation and ventilation of all areas of use to ensure controlled and energy efficient air quality. The central ventilation system will be equipped with the new technical ventilation facilities in the lower floors (U1 level) as well as on levels 6, 7 and 7. These systems will be sized according to the requirements of each use and will ensure adequate air supply to the various areas of the use. The following requirements will be met: ventilation, ventilation; ventilation for the use of air; ventilating for the treatment of air, ventilators, air conditioning systems; ventilator systems, ventilator and air conditioners; ventilated systems, which are designed to provide a flexible air supply system, and are designed for the control of fire, ventilated and air supply systems.
The technical building equipment shall include a mechanical exhaust and ventilation system for the underground garage to ensure fire protection and daily air quality. The system is designed to ensure effective exhaust in the event of fire and adequate ventilation of the underlying garage during normal operation. Two central exhaust ventilators are provided for exhaust, each with an air power of approximately 24,000 m3/h. These systems ensure the total air temperature required to exhaust exhaust fumes in the case of fire. The exhaust valves are designed to provide sufficient air pressure for the internal operation of the building and ensure that the ventilation is maintained up to and including the requirements for direct ventilation in the underfloor, which is required for the vertical ventilation and ventilating of the air in a space below 300 °C, which provides the necessary control of the exhaust system and provides the exhausting air in the ground, which ensures that the exhaustive air is not exhausted within the exhaus chambers of the internal air in case of continuous exhaust.
