Description & Project Overview
AAB Vejle wants to build 67 general family homes built as multi-story homes on 2-4 floors with an internal staircase with elevator and with associated common room and common laundry, as well as 4 smaller business premises. The building will be built as independent stairwells/point houses with each stairwell with an associated elevator. The homes are placed as part of the new development area "Nordholmen" located in the western part of Vejle. The project will be addressed at Rigmor Fengers Vej. The project is divided into 5 pieces. 1-room apartments of approx. 28-34 m2, 18 pcs. 2-bedroom apartments of approx. 38-49 m2, 25 pcs.
