DELIVERY OF MEDICATIONS PART AND Package No. 6
1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery at the request of the Ordering Party of medicinal products in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2301), taking into account the minimum quality requirements relating to the elements (including main elements) constituting the subject of the order in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of November 9, 2015 on the requirements of Good Health. Manufacturing Practices (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1273), described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - Product and price form and in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ - Designed contractual provisions.
