The subject of the public contract is the provision of professional craft works concerning emergency repairs, repairs or modifications of spaces in the Contracting Authoritys buildings, repairs of high-current equipment and repairs of structural parts of the Office buildings. Based on this public contract, the Contracting Authority will order individual sub-contracts for the execution of works from the Contractor, according to its current needs, in the form of an order. The craft works consist in the execution of ordered works including the supply of materials necessary to ensure repairs or modifications, ensuring qualified labour force, dismantling and assembly including waste disposal and including transport. The Contractor shall ensure a hot-line for reporting the Contracting Authoritys requirements with a fast response time from the reporting of the Contracting Authoritys requirements. More detailed conditions of the subject of performance of the public contract are given in the Framework Agreement template in Annex E of the Tender Documentation, or will be given in the relevant order.
