Description & Project Overview
1. The purpose of this order is to manage and supervise the implementation of the investment task titled: "Installation of the ERTMS/ETCS level 2 system on railway lines No. 133 and 134, section Sosnowiec Jęzor - Kraków Główny, and railway line No. 91, section Kraków Główny - Podłęże", in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and Construction Contract(s), including the Option Right to the extent that the Ordering Party exercises them; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service for construction contracts in terms of their settlement, monitoring and
