Item description the local government unit of siaton, siaton negros oriental, through the bids and awards committee (bac) will undertake a public bidding for the purchase and installation of electronic record archive & legislative tracking with paperless esession application, in accordance with sec. 31.1 of the implementing rules and regulations of republic act no. 9184. bids received in excess of the abc shall be automatically disqualified at bid opening. name of project: purchase and installation of electronic record archive & legislative tracking with paperless esession application location: sb office-siaton, negros oriental approved budget for the contract: php 2,499,996.00 delivery term: 90 c.d. source of fund: capital outlay the municipality of siaton, negros oriental now invites bids for the above procurement project. completion of the works is required within _90_ calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice to proceed (ntp). bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. the description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly, in section ii (instruction to bidders). bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of republic act (r.a) no. 9184. interested bidders may obtain further information from the bac secretariat and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. a complete set of bidding documents may be acquired by the interested bidders on_october 19, 2026_to _october 26, 2026_ from given address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the bidding documents, pursuant to latest guidelines issued by gppb, in the amount_php5,000.00 pesos. the municipality of siaton, negros oriental will hold a pre-bid conference on october 19, 2026 at_3:00 pm_ at the bac office, siaton, negros oriental, which shall be open to prospective bidders. bid must be received by the bac secretariat at the office address as indicated below on or before_october 26, 2026_at 2:00 pm. late bids shall not be accepted. bid opening shall be on october 26, 2026 at 2:00 pm_at the given address below. bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the activity. the municipality of siaton, negros oriental reserves the right to reject any or all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with the section 35.6 and 41 of the 2016 revised implementing rules and regulations (irr) of r.a. no. 9184, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders. for further instruction, please refer to: delly cris l. elmido bac chairman
