Ovra electrica Surses (OE Surses) is the municipality's own electricity supply company. It is the owner and operator of the distribution network and is responsible for the electricity supply. The Bivio faction with its own electricity plant (EW Bivio) is excluded from this. The purpose of the tender is to select a network operation service provider in the comprehensive sense as a delegated system operator and electricity portfolio manager for OE Surses.
