The Contractors task is to carry out the tasks specified in detail in the technical description according to the annexes of the Framework Agreement, at most until the framework amount of HUF 233,511,751 is exhausted, but for a fixed period of up to 24 months from the date of entry into force. The framework agreement enters into force on the day it is signed. In accordance with point 5.2 of the Framework Agreement, the part of the framework amount charged with the order obligation is at least 77% (i.e. seventy-seven percent) of the framework amount of the Framework Agreement. Net value of the part affected by the order obligation: HUF 179,804,048. During the time frame of the Framework Agreement, the Procuring Entity may order the execution of the tasks under the Framework Agreement by the Contractor in the details and schedule according to its decision, up to the framework amount of the given Framework Agreement, provided that it does not undertake to partially or fully exhaust the part of the Framework Agreement that is not burdened with an order obligation.
