This consultation concerns a global performance contract entrusted to a group of economic operators with a view to the design study, construction and maintenance of the installation of photovoltaic shade houses and as an option of a photovoltaic power plant installed on the roofs of miscanthus storage sheds intended for a collective self-consumption project of the heritage type. The first power plant will be installed in the parking lot of pavilion 25 of the Rouffach Hospital Center with a power of approximately 300 kWp (1st phase). The second power plant will be installed in the parking lot of pavilion 27 of the Rouffach Hospital Center with a power of approximately 420 kWp (2nd phase). The photovoltaic plant installed on the roofs of the miscanthus storage sheds will be located to the south of the site with a power of between 200 and 500 kWp
