Support of ground squirrel in EVL Raná-Hrádek - 2

Implementation of measures to directly support the critically endangered common ground squirrel by adjusting habitat conditions on 5 areas in the European-important locality of Raná-Hrádek, on parts of p. p. no. 248, 256/1, 256/2, 1140/7, 1140/8, 1158/1, 1158/2, 1158/5, 1159, 1161, 1165, 1167, 1171, 1172, 1173/2, 1200/1 k. ú. Raná u Loun: Area No. 1 - defined/mowed area is 0.3766 ha. Area No. 2 - the defined area is 0.6918 ha, due to the presence of woody plants, the mowed area is reduced by 5% to 0.6631 ha. Area No. 3 - defined/mown area is 0.5205 ha. Area No. 4 - demarcated/mown area is 0.0324 ha. Area No. 5 - demarcated/mown area is 1.4153 ha. In the period 11 - 16 May, the entire area No. 5 will be mowed, all mowed matter from this area will be manually raked, cleared and used in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Mowing dates for other areas will be determined by the staff of AOPK ČR, RP Správa CHKO České středohoří according to the current state of vegetation. The contractor is obliged to carry out complete measures for these areas within 5 days of the invitation - mowing (according to the conditions of the individual areas manually - with a brushcutter/mower, or using mechanization), manual removal of all mowed material from the treated areas and its disposal in accordance with applicable legal regulations. As part of mowing, any rejuvenation of trees up to a height of 0.8 m will be removed. The measure will be carried out according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is attached to this procurement procedure. The total mowed area is 3.0079 ha. The measure will be carried out in accordance with the "Standard SPPK D02 004:2017 Mowing", which is in the appendix of this procurement procedure.
