The subject of the public contract is the services and construction work consisting in the design (including the provision of related engineering activities) and the construction of the new building of the Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště using the Design & Build method, during the implementation of the construction named: Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště, all according to the standards of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) Contractual conditions for the supply of technological equipment and the design and construction of electrical and mechanical-technological works and civil and engineering constructions designed by the contractor (FIDIC YELLOW BOOK). As part of the performance of this public contract, the selected contractor will ensure: a) development of the project documentation required to decide on the location of the new Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště, if necessary, b) engineering activities for the purpose of procuring a valid decision on the location of the building, if necessary, c) development of the project documentation needed to permit the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště, if necessary, d) engineering activities for the purpose of procuring a valid permit to carry out the construction of the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště, if necessary, e) preparation of documentation for the construction of the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště, if necessary, f) actual implementation of construction works and technological supplies, including the delivery and installation of interior elements firmly connected to the building and construction technical preparations for the delivery of interior elements not firmly connected to the building, g) implementation of copyright supervision during the implementation of the construction in accordance with the requirements of the Building Act, h) development of documentation the actual implementation of the construction, i) securing the necessary documents and opinions of the relevant state administration bodies, submitting an application for approval of all parts of the building, in cooperation with the Construction Manager, providing cooperation during the approval procedure and ensuring approval of the new construction of the Winter Stadium in Uherské Hradiště.
