Description & Project Overview
Maintenance service of videoconferencing systems, and support of manufacturers of audio-video systems that are implemented at the locations listed in Appendix I in the Technical Specifications. An offer should include maintenance services for all the specified equipment described in this document at the user's location as well as the support of the manufacturer of the specified equipment. The subject of procurement is detailed defined in the Price List and Technical Specification, which form an integral part of this Procurement Documentation.
