Provision of hauling and transport services for 150 heads dairy cattle from bukidnon to region vi & nir – negotiated procurement for two-failed biddings origin: brgy. san miguel, manolo fortich, bukidnon (animal quarantine site) 1. the hauling of all dairy animals shall be conducted through a one-time pick-up from the bukidnon quarantine site with maximum of five (5) calendar day pick-up window. 2. with provision of fodder at a minimum of twenty (20) kilograms per animal per day (corn silage and/or pineapple pulp) and adequate potable water during transit. each transport vehicle shall be equipped with at least two (2) service pails for watering the dairy animals while in transit. 3. trucks shall be provided with soft bedding (rice hull) and black net covering throughout the duration of transport. 4. only the lower-deck of the truck with a capacity of twenty (20) to twenty-five (25) heads of dairy cattle shall be used. 5. trucks to be utilized shall have a valid lto certificate of registration. 6. with valid livestock transport carrier permit/accreditation issued by the bureau of animal industry (bai). 7. handlers license and accreditation of transport (issued by bai) 8. registered transport carrier with permit/sticker from pvo negros occidental, if applicable. 9. each truck shall be manned by at least one (1) truckman/driver and one (1) helper throughout the transport operation. 10. all transport vehicles shall undergo proper cleaning and disinfection prior to loading and hauling of dairy animals. 11. all transport-related cost and fees. delivery date: on or before november 15, 2026 delivery place: from the origin to the following destination: 1.guimaras province-30 heads 2. negros occidental province 50 heads 3.iloilo province-40 heads 4. capiz province- 30 heads
