Description & Project Overview
Non-Mandatory Site Visit – November 18th, 2026 @ 1:00pm (Labrador Time). Bidders shall register before Nov 16, 2026 @ 1pm, for pre-bid site meeting via email to AndrewFudge@nlh.nl.ca Mandatory PPE required for pre-bid site visit including: high-visibility clothing, head protection, eye protection, and foot protection as outlines in “Personal Protective Equipment” of SP 1. In the event that the pre-bid site meeting is delayed by Owner it will be rescheduled before the bid submission deadline. Bidders will be given twenty-four (24) hours notice before the rescheduled meeting. Please see Section 1.4.2 of the contract document for details.
