Concession agreement regarding the operation of the Bookshop of the Center for Fine Arts and related services BOZ – BOOKSHOP BOZAR OPERATING SERVICES CONCESSION - 2026 - 1
The purpose of this concession is to exploit the concession buildings to run a bookstore, as well as related services, including the production and sale of merchandising items and the sale of catalogs and other related products. The Concessionaire: - makes available to the Concessionaire the spaces on the ground floor (151.20 m²), located in the Center for Fine Arts, 1000 Brussels, Ravensteinstraat 23, for the following purposes (estimated surfaces before furnishing): o The operation of a Bookshop in connection with the PSK exhibition circuits; o The production, sale and promotion of books, catalogs and merchandising items directly related to Bozars offering, programming and events. The Concessionaire also makes the so-called “terrace space” in the Horta Hall (26.9 m²) available to the Concessionaire for the presentation of its goods during the opening hours of the Bookshop. The implementation plan for the activities is included in Appendix D of these specifications; and - grants the exclusivity referred to in point II.21.5.
