Czechia – Multi-dwelling buildings construction work – Bytový dům Na Slanici

The subject of the public order is construction work consisting in the construction of a new apartment building with 31 residential units, of which 28 b.j. 3+kk and 3 b.j. 1+kk. The building has 4 above-ground and 1 underground floors. There are 31 cellar cubicles and 14 garage spaces in the 1st floor. There are a total of 24 parking spaces on the approach road. The newly designed building has floor plan dimensions of 47.85x15.9 meters, balconies - loggias - are designed on the east and west sides. Part of the subject of the public contract is also landscape and orchard improvements with subsequent 5-year care.
