Distance heating high-pressure heaters - GFW subproject 2 (construction of a large heat pump) Distance heating high-pressure heaters - GFW subproject 2 (construction of a large heat pump)
The Federal Parliament and the Federal Council decided on 3 July 2020 to withdraw from coal production and electricity supply. By 2038 all installations are to be shut down. With the coal exit, the district aims to develop towards a sustainable and largely CO2 neutral energy supply, without ignoring the economic and social aspects of the transformation process. Around 90 percent of the buildings in the city of Hmölsen are connected to the existing district heating network. The project is designed to ensure the short- and long-term independent generation of district heating in the city of Hohenmölsen, while meeting the climate policy objectives. The project consists of two subprojects: the construction of a new gas-based heat generation plant and the construction and maintenance of a large heat pump plant. The electricity supply is provided by a newly constructed gas pipeline. The heat generation plant is technically equipped to operate with both natural gas and biogas/hydrogen in the long term, thus enabling long-term peak-load security in the district heating network. The total project Green district heating Hohenmölsen announced at the latest in 2045 consists of two sub-projects (TP): - TP 1 construction of a new gas-based heat generation plant with investment costs of approximately €10.8 million net (KG 200-700 (without PS) DIN 276), - Tp 2 construction of an air-conditioning system with investment cost of approximately EUR12.57 million net, (Kg 200-700) DIN 27.6) The project management services announced in this procedure are the TP 2.This budgetary framework is the cost ceiling for the management services in the subprojects. The implementation of P1 and P2 is to be carried out with funding under the Saxe-Anhalt Revier 2038 Directive. The complete supporting, handling and accounting of the funding, together with the proof of use by the contractor, is also subject to a contract for the sub-projections concerned. For the project, the documents of the CST will be submitted to the contractors or the CTS for the taxpayers submitting the HOAI-based performance data (production of CST documents and verification of the documentation: 30.11.2027).The contracting authority/contractor expects that in the event of a contract, the project team offered will be immediately and fully available to ensure timetable planning. If necessary, an increase in team strength must be ensured to ensure compliance with the deadlines.
