Contract Description
The procuring organization intends to purchase engineering structures expertise services. The purchased services are intended for engineering structures located in the territory of the city of Kaunas. Requirements for services are specified in Appendix 2 "Technical Specification" of Appendix 7 "Draft Preliminary Contract" of the Special Purchase Conditions. Services will be purchased based on the Buyer's need. The procuring organization, in carrying out this public procurement, plans to enter into a preliminary purchase agreement with 3 (or less than 3, if less than 3 are recognized as the winning suppliers) suppliers, on the basis of which this contract
