Investment projects have been approved for the construction and Construction Permit No. 06 dated 14.01.2026 has been issued by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Silistra. By virtue of the issued construction permit, the construction subject to this order falls into the third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "b" of the ZUT ("elements of the technical infrastructure, hydrotechnical, hydromelioration and other networks, facilities and installations, not falling into the above categories") and Art. 6, para. 2, item 8 ("secondary branches of the water supply network and related facilities in urbanized areas and local treatment plants related to them") of Ordinance No. 1 of 2003 on the nomenclature of construction types. On the basis of art. 5, para. 6, item 4.3.1 of the Rules for the procedure for entry and maintenance of the Central professional register of the builder (CPRS) falls into the fourth group: constructions of the improvement infrastructure, hydrotechnical construction and environmental protection. The conditions and requirements for the execution of the order are described in detail in the Technical Specification and the investment project, and the specific types and quantities of construction materials are indicated in the Bills of Quantities for each of the villages and the branches - representing an integral part of the public procurement documentation.
