Contract Description
Creation of a geometric plan for the division of the plot of land plot no. 229/1 in the Ponava district according to the attached graphic annex and the marking of servitudes in the part of the land marked in the graphic annex according to the request of the company Brněnské vodarny a kanalizace, a.s. mentioned in the opinion no. BVK/11611/2025 dated 15.7. 2025 and according to the request of Techniké sítě Brno, a joint-stock company mentioned in the opinion no. TSB/07431/2025 dated 25.6. 2025. Part of the contract will also be the calculation of the surface area of the plot of land lot No. 229/1 in the district of Ponava affected by the above-mentioned servitudes.
