The subject of the Order is the management and supervision of the implementation of an investment task as part of the project entitled: Preparation of an alternative agglomeration connection Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice - Katowice via railway lines No. 141 on the Gliwice - Ruda Kochłowice section, 164 on the Ruda Kochłowice - Hajduki section and 651 Hajduki - Gottwald implemented as part of the Local Complementation Program and Regional Railway Infrastructure - Railway + until 2029 - constituting the basic scope of the order, i.e. in particular: a) Performing the function of Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and Construction Contract; b) Material and financial management, in particular comprehensive service of the construction contract in terms of its settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting; c) Technical management, including performing the duties of the Investors Supervision Inspector for the Construction Contract; d) Management, including coordination of the Construction Contract concluded as part of the Project; e) Conducting environmental supervision (in the scope of controlling the impact of the construction process, including on surface and underground waters, noise, air, land surface, waste management, greenery management) and environmental supervision, in accordance with the decision on environmental conditions, provisions agreeing the conditions for the implementation of the project and other administrative decisions in this respect, and optionally extending the implementation period by a maximum of 12 months from the end of the implementation of the Basic Scope.
