Contract Description
The project includes HVAC technical works for the new construction of three four-story residential apartment buildings. House A is a non-profit residential apartment building commissioned by Sivakka Yhtymä Oy. Houses B and C are Ara's subsidized apartment buildings and they are being built for Sivakka Oy of Oulun. The HVAC contract only applies to the work inside the plinth / foundation wall line of the building. Outside the buildings, the drilling of the energy well and the related equipment are part of the LVIA contract.
