Contract Description
The Supply, Management and Repairs Base will conclude framework agreements for each lot, for a period of 12 months, with a single economic operator, and the awarding of subsequent contracts will be carried out by the beneficiary penitentiary units. Subsequent contracts can be concluded simultaneously with the economic operators signatories of the framework agreements for the won lots, depending on the needs. The terms in which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information requested by economic operators
