The object of the framework agreement is county road maintenance works - sealing, bituminous carpets, cutting of sidings, cleaning/unblocking ditches and pavements - in the Miercurea areaNirajului, în lungime totală de 100,340 km pe următoarele drumuri: 1. DJ134, Fîntînele -Vețca -int DN13C, între km 0+000 -14+529 și km 26+550 –29+600, L = 17,579 km; 2.DJ135 Tg.Mureş-MiercureaNirajului - lim. Harghita county, between km 1+110-19+225 and km 22+750-43+946, L total = 39,311 km; 3.DJ135A Viforoasa-M.Niraj – Hodoşa, between km 0+000-14+500 and km 17+600-33+150, L total=30,050 km;4.DJ136, Sngeorgiu de Pădure –Bezid -lim. jud Harghita, între km 1+900-11+500, L = 9,600 km; 5. DJ136A, int.DJ136-Bezidu Nou-lim.jud.Harghita, între km 0+000-3+800,L=3,800 km. Cantitatile minime simaximums related to the framework agreement for lot no. 3 - the Miercurea Nirajului area is presented as follows: SEALING: Minimum estimated area for sealing 1 layer: 1,000.00 sq m; 2 layers: 1,000.00 sq mSuprafaţa maximă estimată pentru plombare 1 strat: 11.000,00 mp; 2 straturi: 17.000,00 mp. Autoritatea contractanta estimeaza ca pe intreaga perioada de valabilitate a acordului cadru se vor incheia 8(opt) contracte subsecvente a caror valori estimate, fără TVA, se prezinta astfel: -CS nr.1 = 144,170,00 lei - CS nr.2 = 290.034,00 lei; - CS nr.3 = 290.034,00 lei; - CS nr.4 = 290.034,00 lei; - CSno. 5 = 290,034.00 lei; - CS no. 6 = 290,034.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 290,034.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 290,036.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 290,036.00 lei;The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 144,170.00 lei; The frequency and value of subsequent contracts to be awarded: 8 (eight) contracts will be concludedsubsecvente. Durata de executie pentru CS1 este de 1 lună. Pentru celelalte contracte subsecvente durate de execuție se stabilește proporțional cu cantităție cuprinse în acestea. Termenul de executiea lucrarilor din contract curge de la data predarii amplasamentului. COVOARE -cantitatea minima = 5,100 km; -cantitatea maxima = 37,900 km. Tăiere acostament manual: Suprafaţa minimă estimată: 2.000,00 mp; Suprafaţa maximăestimated: 15,000.00 sq m. Manual trench cleaning: Minimum estimated surface area: 4,000.00 ml; Estimated maximum area: 44,000.00 ml Mechanized trench overflow. Estimated minimum quantity: 6,000.00 mc;Estimated maximum quantity: 62,000.00 mc. Unclogging floors manually: Estimated minimum quantity: 600.00 mc; Estimated maximum quantity: 3,000.00 mc. Mechanized floor draining: Estimated minimum quantity:20.00 pcs.; Estimated maximum quantity: 40.00 pcs. The contracting authority estimates that during the entire period of validity of the framework agreement, 8 (eight) subsequent contracts will be concluded whoseestimated values, without VAT, are presented as follows: - CS no. 1 = 77,700.00 lei - CS no. 2 = 77,700.00 lei; - CS no. 3 = 233,100.00 lei; - CS no. 4 = 388,500.00 lei; - CS no. 5 = 466,200.00 lei; - CS no. 6 =388,500.00 lei; - CS no. 7 = 466,200.00 lei; - CS no. 8 = 4,118,100.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of the largest subsequent contract is 4,118,100.00 lei; The estimated value without VAT of themai mic contract subsecvent este de 77.700,00 lei; Frecventa si valoarea contractelor subsecvente ce urmeaza sa fie atribuite: se vor incheia 8 (opt) contracte subsecvente. Durata de executie pentruCS1 și CS2: cte o lună pentru fiecare; pentru CS 3 - 4 luni; pentru CS4, CS5, CS6 și CS7 cte 5 luni pentru fiecare, CS8-22 de luni. Termenul de executie a lucrarilor din contract curge de la datapredarii amplasamentului. Durata acordului cadru: 48 luni de la data incheierii.
