Invitation to apply for eligibility and to bid the barangay cagamutan, garchitorena camarines sur, through the bids and awards committee (bac) invites contractors registered with and classified by the philippine contractors accreditation board (pcab) to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the hereunder contract; name of the project: construction of open drainage canal location: barangay cagamutan garchitorena camarines sur source of funds: 20% edf 2026 approved budget for the contract: 142,515.00 contract duration: 30 days prospective bidders should possess a valid pcab licensed applicable to the contract have completed at least two (2) years from date of submission, projects of similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the abc and have a key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. the abc will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria. the eligibility check/screening as well as the preliminary examination of bids shall relative to eligibility screening, bid security, performance security, pre-bidding conferences, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall governed by the pertinent provision of r.a 9184 and its implementing rules and regulation (irr). to apply and to bid for the contract a contractor must submit 1. letter of intent (loi) duly signed by the person authorized to the contractors licensed issued by the pcab together with the photocopy with the updates liaison's company i.d in case submitted by a representative 2. original printed copy of philgeps invitation to bid bearing the user's name 3. original and photocopy (for authentication purposes and for issuance of bids documents of the following documents) a. valid i.d of the company owner in case submitted by the owner b. valid pcab licensed and certificate of registration (platinum membership) c. dti business registration d. valid and current mayor's permit e. tax clearance f. certificate of site inspection duly signed by the municipal engineer. however, if the bidder maintains a current and updated file of his class a documents, with the procuring entity a written letter of intent maybe submitted in lieu of the class a documents. otherwise, it shall submit an application for eligibility and its latest class a documents on or before october 13, 2026, any application for eligibility or update submitted after the deadline for submission of the letter shall not be considered for the bidding at hand.
