Contract Description
A service contract (SECURE) is to be procured for the maintenance and repair of the equipment fleet of the CryoEM Core Facility at Heidelberg University (HDcryoEM). In particular, the following services should be provided within the scope of the service contract: - Telephone support within a response time of 4 hours after receipt of a specific request - On-site service within 7 working days after receipt of the service request, unlimited working hours for service personnel (travel time and expenses included) - All necessary spare parts (also for all those listed in the contract
