The subject of the contract is the provision of a service of design, management and control and supervision of the implementation of the public procurement procedure, hereinafter referred to as the Contract, which is: Project and construction of the S19 Lublin Lubart expressway from the Lubart North (with the node) to the?? Lublin Rudnik (without the node), under the conditions laid down in the Contract with the Consultant and in accordance with the Contractual Conditions for the investment task.compliance, verification of the results of checks carried out on the calculations to identify possible errors, - management, investment supervision and control of the implementation of the work up to the date of issue of the Final Certificate of Payment, - carrying out project implementation information and promotion activities and cooperation in this regard with the GDDKiA services, - fulfilling the reporting obligations under EU procedures and cooperation with the EU GDDKIA services in this respect, - fulfilment of the obligations under the applicable requirements/guidelines on EU co-financed investment and beneficiary project procedures for the POIi, - providing investor supervision services over the EU projects- carry out the construction work and participate in the Guarantee Reviews and supervise the removal of any defects found in the guarantee reviews, under the concluded Contract; - perform tasks taking into account the requirements and guidelines of the Operational Infrastructure and Environment Programme; - support the Contractor as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the Project; - supervise project work and work related to Additional Project Tasks required to carry out Project work during the Contract - implemented under the Public Procurement Act; - constant monitoring, conduct and discharge of the tasks related to performance by the relevant authoritiesthe individual Contractors, the Contractors documents and the construction work at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with the Consultant Teams supervising adjacent investments, whereby the Consultent will be obliged to develop the principles and the manner in which the Contractors documents and construction work are properly executed. If necessary, the Consulting Contractor responsible for the coordination of the Projects at the Junction shall be appointed by the Contracting Contractor. The Consultant Team will be led by a Warranty Engineer.
