Contract Description
The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as "RD") for each part of it with one participant in accordance with § 131 ZVZ for the procurement of new vehicles according to the specification in Annex No. 1 of the procurement documentation for the needs of the contracting authority's organizational units, including the provision of service services for the delivered vehicles. Fulfillment on the basis of RD will take place without renewal of the competition in accordance with § 134 ZVZ, i.e. by issuing orders by the contracting authority.
