1. The subject of the order is the provision of maintenance services for diagnostic imaging devices for a period of 24 months owned by the Independent Public Health Care Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration in Poznań. prof. Ludwik Bierkowski, in accordance with the assortment and price form and with the required minimum technical and operational parameters included in the Description of the subject of the order. 2. The assortment and price form and the Description of the subject of the order containing information on the required parameters and other requirements are specified in Annexes No. 2 and 2A to the SWZ, respectively.
