Scope of the subject of the order: The subject of the order includes the delivery of two brand new trucks with a hook body and additional replaceable winter equipment for Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka z o.o. in Krakow. A detailed description of the terms of execution of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. Place of delivery of the subject of the order: Baza Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Cleaning Spółka z o.o. 31-580 Kraków ul. Nowohucka 1 3. Quality guarantee: The Ordering Party requests that the Contractor award the subject of the order, i.e.: - chassis (2 pcs.); - hook structure (2 pcs.); - automatic sand spreader (6 pcs.); - snow plow (6 pcs.); - all devices attached to the vehicle, quality guarantee for a period of min. 24 months, counted from the date of purchase (the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol by the Ordering Party (without any reservations). The warranty period is equal to the period of the quality guarantee.
