Multiple NSNs - Collins Aerospace (multiple CAGEs} / Multiple Weapons Systems: Sole Source Long Term Contract
Dla weapons support philadelphia intends to issue a solicitation for a long term/ sole source contract which will include multiple national stock numbers (nsns) / federal stock classes (fscs) to support multiple weapons systems including the f/a-18 a/d, e-2/c-2, p-8, and c-130 platforms. a total of 13 nsns are targeted for this contract effort. the proposed action is intended to be awarded on a sole source basis with various contracts issued to cage 73030 and 99551, as supported by a class j&a under the authority of 10 usc 2304 (c)(l) as implemented by the federal acquisition regulation (far) section 6.103-1. the proposed sole source contracts will be issued to collins aerospace affiliated cages (including but not limited to) 73030 and 99551.
