Contract Description
The acquisition will be carried out by concluding a framework agreement with 3 economic operators for a period of 24 months starting approximately in July for batches 1-8 and based on it, subsequent contracts, because there is a permanent fluctuation of the indicators (persons deprived of liberty allocated to food) which are the basis of the calculations of the product requirement, but also a quarterlyization of the annual budget. The subsequent contracts will be concluded as a rule with a quarterly frequency, depending on the budget allocations, and the delivery of the product will be made according to the provisions of the notebook
