a) to incorporate governents response to pre-proposal rfis,
b) change naics code from 236220 to 238220 & size standard from $45.0m to 19.0m.
c) change proposal due date from 10-16-2026 to 11-03-2026.
d) final rfis for government response are due 10-20-2026 by 2pm cst.
e) replace design manual with plumbing manual.
f) incorporate revised specifications.
g) update wage determination for stl mo
due to the volume of rfis recieved, a copy of an updated solicitation has been uploaded to address non-technocal rfis. sections in bold red text indicate changes in response to rfis that mainly address non-technical rfis. all responses to technical rfis can be found on the attachment lableld response to pre-proposal rfis.
notice 1 & 2 do not require acknowledgement. only amendments 1, 2 and any subsequent amendments that are issued require acknowledgment on proposal submissions.
