The subject of the competition is the selection of an entity to which a contract will be awarded for the provision of health care services for insured persons and other entitled persons, covered by the care of the Upper Silesian Medical Centre named after Prof. Leszek Giec of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice, ul. Ziołowa 45/47, 40-635 Katowice (hereinafter referred to as the Hospital), in the scope of: 1. Provision of health care services in the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care in the Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care with Cardiological Monitoring and in the Multispecialty Operating Block, during regular working hours and medical on-call duties. 2. Provision of health care services in the scope of consultations and anaesthesia for electrical cardioversion procedures in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd Department of Cardiology, Department of Electrophysiology, Department of Intensive Cardiac Monitoring and in the Hospital Emergency Department. 3. Provision of health care services for all GCM Departments by participating in the procedure related to organ retrieval from a donor in whom death has been determined due to brain death or irreversible circulatory arrest. 4. Performing preliminary qualification of a deceased ocular tissue donor. 5. Performing anaesthesia for intracranial embolisation. 6. Provision of health care services in the field of anaesthesiology and intensive care in the Interventional Radiology Unit.
