The purpose of this public procurement is to ensure the supply of low-voltage net electricity for sites used by the Haskovo ODVM and on the territory of the Haskovo region (according to the list); inclusion of the objects in a standard balancing group, as an indirect member, with the Contractor's coordinator, including provision of services for: forecasting of electricity consumption, planning, application and balancing; preparing and submitting hourly daily schedules and sending them for administration of the information flow by the Electricity System Operator /"ESO" EAD/; taking responsibility
