Poland – Diesel oil – Zakup oleju napędowego

1) The subject of the order is the successive supply of diesel oil for the needs of ZGO AQUARIUM Sp. z o. o. in the period from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 in an amount of approximately 180,000 liters, with the option to increase deliveries to 220,000 liters according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party specifies the estimated amount of demand for diesel oil, which may change during the term of the contract. 2) Fuel will be delivered successively, in accordance with the Ordering Party's own needs, in batches of approx. 5,000.00 liters - 10,000.00 liters. Diesel oil will be collected in three above-ground fuel storage tanks with a capacity: - 1 tank - 2,500.00 liters, - 2 tanks - 5,000.00 liters each. The expected consumption of diesel oil per week is 3.5-4 thousand liters. 3) Diesel oil deliveries will be ordered by phone or e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the contractor. 4) Diesel oil will be delivered using the contractor's means of transport and at his expense. 5) Diesel oil should be delivered by a specialized transport vehicle equipped with a certified system for measuring the pumped out fuel. Vehicles transporting diesel oil and used to transport fuels must meet all the requirements set out in the law regarding the international transport of dangerous goods by road (ADR). 6) The quality of the offered fuel should meet the requirements contained in applicable regulations, in particular the Act of August 25, 2006 on the fuel quality monitoring and control system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended) and the requirements specified in the PN-EN 590:2022-08 standard. 7) Each delivery should be confirmed with a delivery note or the contractor's WZ document, containing the date of delivery and the quantity of diesel fuel delivered at a reference temperature of 15oC. The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a printout from the tanker truck containing information about: - the amount of fuel discharged into the storage tank at a reference temperature of 15oC, - the number of liters of fuel at the actual temperature of the discharged fuel. In addition, with each fuel delivery, the contractor must provide a current fuel quality certificate, certified by the manufacturer or a certificate from an accredited laboratory, in Polish.
